With Quay Tower RAL created a luxury residential property unique in Brooklyn history, leading to the highest home sale price ever achieved in the Borough. The 292,000 square foot, 30-story, 126-unit development is located on Brooklyn’s Pier 6, overlooking the East River and adjacent to Brooklyn Bridge Park – a beloved and much-celebrated 85-acre public space that RAL helped create and finance. Designed by ODA Architects with interiors by Marmol Radziner, Quay Tower offers unmatched views, private elevators for all west-facing units, two indoor/outdoor roof lounges for residents, state-of-the-art 2,500 square foot fitness center, children’s playroom, bike storage, pet wash area, and Amazon smart home integration. RAL won a competitive RFP process with Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation to develop Quay Tower and The Landing, an adjacent rental apartment building.
