Ultra Luxury Hospitality Development in Grand Cayman
RAL, as Owner’s Representative, has partnered with Melkonian Capital to develop The Mandarin Oriental Resort & Residences, Grand Cayman, a new ultra-luxury hospitality development consisting of 91-hotel keys, 42 branded residences, and a comprehensive array of resort amenities including world-class spa, wellness and food and beverage offerings. Situated on the southern shore of the island in a secluded private enclave, the resort boasts 1,000 feet of white sand beach where guests and residences enjoy both sunrise and sunset views.
