Broadridge, an area currently undergoing a major revitalization with multiple residential conversions and ground up developments in progress.
The Broadridge Project is located in the North Broad area of Philadelphia, an area undergoing a major revitalization. The 14-story development includes 478 residential rental apartments, including studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The residential units start on the 4th floor and provide unobstructed views to all residents, The project’s retail space is located at the base store ALDI and a Chesterbrook Academy reschool by Nobel Learning. Broadridge also includes two levels of parking above the retail space with capacity for 287 cars. The building has a robust amenity package including, two lounges, an east and west terrace, a high-end fitness center, a pet spa, a sound studio, a dedicated co-working area, a screening room, a bike room, and a 24-hour doorman. The building was and was marketed to include the neighborhood’s input and needs. RAL secured appropriate retail to the area, including popular grocery designed by Nelson with interior design by Innervations, an RAL affiliate company.
